Vows - Will You?

Possibly the most recognizable part of any wedding ceremony is when the bride and groom say, "I do." For your marriage to be considered legal you MUST say either "I do" or "I will" - this is your verbal acknowledgement of the contract you are establishing between yourself, your spouse and the state.

Vows

Part 1 – Will you?
Declaration of Intent

Option 1
Will you Groom take Bride to be your wife? Will you love her comfort her and remain true to her as long as you both shall live?
I will.

Option 2
Will you Groom take Bride to be your wife? Will you love, honor and cherish her? Be true and loyal to her as long as you both shall live?
I will.

Option 3
Will you Groom take Bride to be your wedded wife, to cherish in love and in friendship, in strength and in weakness, in success and in disappointment, to love her faithfully, today, tomorrow, and for as long as the two of you shall live?
I will.

Option 4
Groom will you take Bride to be your wedded wife, to live together in marriage? Will you promise to love her, comfort her, honor her and keep her? Forsake all others and be faithful only to her, for as long as you both shall live?
I will.

Option 5
Will you Groom take Bride to be your wife? To trust and honor her, to love her faithfully, through the best and the worst, whatever may come? And should you ever doubt, to remember your love for each other on this day?
I will.

Option 6
Will you Groom take Bride to be your wife?
I will.

(If you prefer “I do” over “I will” we will edit accordingly.)
